USED 420 TEM
Used Philips 420 TEM (was under service contract
for its entire services life until uninstalled last September). Comes with 5
holders, including 1 Gatan tilt-rotate, 2 Philips single tilt
holders. Does not come with backscatter detector (left)
or EDS (right) as in image. Great instrument, works well. A solid
workhorse that performs very well.
